Goal Setting

Setting goals is a fundamental part of life.

We all want to aim for something in our lives, no matter how big or how small. Maybe we just want to settle down into a nice job, maybe some of us want to work hard and be millionaires!

But everything starts with setting a goal and setting an intention.

Think of what you want to achieve. It doesn’t have to be big; maybe you just want to be able to travel somewhere new on your own, whether it be into the city centre or somewhere far away.

Break it down into smaller pieces; what does this final goal entail? Do we maybe set a smaller goal before our big goal, such as heading to the bus stop on our own? When we’ve done that, we can reflect on how well we’ve done, and then set the goal of getting on the bus and heading a few stops and coming home. Before we know it, we’re heading into town and ready for a fun day out!
