There’s no judgement or pressure in café breathe, we move at a pace that suits you, and do things that you are most comfortable with.

What is Café Breathe?
Imagine ‘Café Breathe’ as your virtual hangout spot – it’s cosy and welcoming. Come sip some tea, chat over coffee, and connect with others right from the get-go.
Our remote Health and Wellbeing program is all about easing gently into a programme that is flexible, a programme which helps you grow in confidence in a relaxed setting of the online café.
At the heart of what we do? You! We want you to be part of this journey. Let’s team up, create, and shape this experience together. This isn’t just any program – it’s crafted to fit your needs and we cannot wait to work with you.
